Skipper Drei

Skipper Drei is an 11-year-old red Chi-weenie weighing in at 12 pounds. He came to us with his son, George Youngster, and another furry family member, Princess Emerald, after his beloved human dad sadly passed away. Skipper is a sweet, calm, and quiet boy who truly enjoys the simple pleasures in life, like lounging around and soaking up the sunshine. He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home and is also good with adults and children. We're not sure how he'd do with cats, as his foster home doesn't have any.

Ideal Home

Skipper would likely do best in a home that appreciates a calm companion who loves to relax.

Ongoing Health

Skipper was neutered and had a dental procedure done. He is up-to-date on vaccinations. Skipper had his front left leg amputated because it was causing him pain due to an old injury from puppyhood that didn't heal correctly. This procedure has greatly improved his quality of life. He came to us with very few teeth, and the ones he has left are healthy and bright!
