Jacks

Meet Jacks! This handsome 11-month-old Cane Corso/Australian Heeler mix is a smart and affectionate boy who is ready to find his forever adventure buddy. Jacks has a wonderful foster history and is attentive to his people. He knows how to "sit" like a champ and absolutely loves water! While Jacks is clever enough to figure out how to open a fence latch, a simple carabiner can keep him safely secured. We believe he's just looking for stimulation and not trying to escape.

Ideal Home

Jacks would thrive with a moderately active family or individual who enjoys the outdoors. He'd make a fantastic hiking, walking, or companion dog. He is friendly towards everyone, including strangers, and would be fine with children aged 8 and older, given his approximately 60-pound size.

Ongoing Health

Jacks is neutered, vaccinated, and healthy.

Training & Support

Jacks is intelligent and can be motivated by his people. He knows "sit" and is generally eager to please. Keeping him mentally stimulated will be key to his happiness.

Transportation

Jacks is currently located in Texas and can be adopted locally within Texas. We can arrange transport to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont, and along the East Coast. We are unable to adopt to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.
