Alabama - Crate/Leash/House Trained. Good w dogs & cats

Meet Alabama, a handsome 6-year-old Heeler Mix who is looking for his forever hero! Alabama was rescued along with his littermates from euthanasia and has made incredible progress since arriving. He's a smart boy who has graduated from training and is now crate-trained, leash-trained, and house-trained, and he knows basic commands. Alabama gets along well with other dogs and has also been introduced to cats and house pigs without any issues.

Ideal Home

Alabama would thrive in a home with teens and up, as he is still a work in progress and appreciates a patient approach. A fenced-in yard is highly recommended for Alabama to explore and play safely. While he's not quite ready for couch cuddles, his journey is filled with heart, patience, and deep rewards for his future family.

Ongoing Health

Alabama is fully vetted, which includes being neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and receiving parasite prevention.

Training & Support

Alabama is crate, leash, and house-trained, and knows basic commands. He is still learning to trust fully, so a patient and loving home will help him continue to blossom.
