About Bella, the Girl Who Never Stopped Hoping

Meet Bella, the sweet girl who never stopped hoping. At just one year old, this beautiful black and tan German Shepherd was found tied to a post with a note saying her family couldn't care for her any longer. Though heartbroken, Bella has blossomed into a bright, affectionate, and spirited dog who is ready for a family that will cherish her forever. She's healthy, safe, and eager for her fresh start, weighing about 55lbs.

Ideal Home

Bella is looking for an active home with continued training, daily exercise, and someone who loves a smart, goofy, and affectionate Shepherd. She needs structure, toys, and plenty of activity to prevent chewing when bored. Due to her tendency to chase cats, she would do best in a home without them.

Ongoing Health

Bella is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and on heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Bella walks nicely on a harness, knows "sit" and "stay," and is learning not to jump. She is fully housetrained and crate-trained. She thrives with exercise, playtime, and fun training games. Her favorite thing is a frozen peanut butter Kong, which she enjoys in her crate.
