Poppi is a gentle, sensitive Siberian Husky who is slowly learning to feel safe and loved again. With patience and kindness, she is beginning to show her happy, curious spirit. She enjoys gentle face strokes, soft words, cuddles, running, and digging in the dirt.

Ideal Home

Poppi would do best with a calm, understanding family. She can be guarded around other dogs and may growl at larger dogs, so she may be happiest as the only dog or with careful introductions.

Ongoing Health

Poppi takes medication for seizures. Her seizures are managed but occasionally recur.

Training & Support

• Very well house trained and quietly goes outside when offered, though she does not yet ask on her own.
• Food motivated and learning to take treats from fingers.
• Reserved and often on alert, but increasingly seeking affection and showing trust.
