Eden

Eden is one of six adorable puppies born to Akbash mom Victoria on a ranch in Central Texas. Surrounded by goats and longhorn cattle, with multiple working livestock guardian dogs around, it's likely her dad is an Akbash or Great Pyrenees. Eden and her siblings have received excellent care, including 3 rounds of vaccinations, deworming, and monthly preventatives.

Ideal Home

Eden can be a wonderful family pet or a future livestock guardian. Whether you're looking for a companion or a protector for your flock, she'll need appropriate training and supervision. She has not been exposed to chickens but has experience with goats and cattle. While she's had some introductions to barn cats, proper introductions and ongoing supervision will be essential for a harmonious relationship with any resident felines.

Ongoing Health

Eden has received all necessary puppy vaccinations, deworming, and monthly preventatives. As per Texas law, she will need to be spayed/neutered within a specific timeframe, and this will be finalized through a provisional adoption agreement.

Training & Support

Given her background, Eden will benefit from consistent training. This includes crate-training and potty-training for a family pet, or guidance through the natural stages of a livestock guardian puppy, which may involve teaching them that livestock aren't playmates.
