Hondo

Hondo is a large, male dog who came to our shelter as a stray in June 2023. While he may not show his best self in his kennel, we promise he's a completely different, wonderful dog once he's out and about! Hondo can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with a few tasty treats and a fun game of fetch, he'll warm up to you in no time. He absolutely adores car rides and has impeccable manners while traveling. Hondo has a laid-back vibe, walks beautifully on a leash, and will always be game for playing ball. He's also open to meeting other dogs to see if they can become pals!

Ideal Home

A home that understands he might need a little time to adjust to new people. Treats and a ball will go a long way in building his confidence!

Ongoing Health

Hondo is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Hondo has excellent leash manners and would enjoy a home that will continue to engage him with games of fetch.
