Mookie is an almost 6-year-old, 105 lb Newfoundland/Poodle mix (Newfiepoo) with a regal, yet sometimes goofy, appearance. He enjoys playing with other dogs and going for walks. Mookie adores eggs and cheese, and while he needs daily exercise, he also enjoys a good amount of sleep. He walks well on a leash, though he can be reactive to scooters and bicycles. Mookie is super food-motivated and responds well to structure and consistency. He is looking for a special someone to call his own.

Ideal Home

Mookie would thrive in a home with very experienced, confident dog owners who can provide the structure and consistency he needs. A home as the only pet and without small children is recommended due to his guarding behavior. An experienced dog trainer would be an ideal match.
