Meet Ranger Journey!
Ranger is a handsome and sweet 2-month-old puppy, weighing about 8.6 lbs. We believe he's a Pit Bull/Lab mix, but with rescue, it's always our best guess! This precious little guy is looking for a family to call his own. Ranger has a sleek black coat with adorable white markings and soft puppy features. He has a gentle, easygoing personality and fully embraces the "play hard, nap harder" lifestyle. Watch Ranger in action here!
Ranger loves toys and playing with his siblings, but he also knows the value of a good nap. He can go from playtime to sound asleep in just a couple of seconds! When he's awake, Ranger is incredibly affectionate and enjoys spending time with people. He's happiest when he's getting attention, cuddles, or simply hanging out near his humans.
Ideal Home
Ranger will need a family committed to training, socialization, routine, and plenty of patience as he grows into a confident, well-rounded adult dog.
Ongoing Health
Ranger is up to date on all age-appropriate vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also tested negative for heartworm.
Training & Support
Like all young puppies, Ranger is still learning about the world. Establishing structure, boundaries, and positive experiences early on will help him succeed. We require adopters to begin crate training immediately upon arrival home, which helps with potty training, confidence building, and developing healthy habits.

Transporation
Ranger is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation due to rising costs.
