About Blair (Billie)

Meet Blair, also lovingly known as Billie! This energetic and curious 16-week-old Lab/Pit mix is a true bundle of joy with a personality as big as her future size! Fostered in Austin, Texas, Billie is a bold and friendly puppy who believes everyone is her friend. She's always the first to explore new things and is ready for any adventure, earning her nickname "Billie" for her playful climbing and jumping antics. She loves to play, "talk" to her humans, and is happiest by your side as your loyal companion. Billie is great with other dogs and currently has a canine sibling she adores playing with. While she hasn't met cats or children yet, she would likely do well with respectful children who understand puppy energy. Billie is incredibly smart, already knows commands like "come" and "sit," and is about 80% potty trained. She's also making great progress with crate training and leash walking. Billie's favorite pastime is watching TV, and she's sure to keep you laughing and feeling loved every day. She'll thrive in a home where she can receive guidance and attention to help her grow into a well-rounded adult dog. If you're looking for a brave, hilarious, and loving puppy with a huge heart, Billie is ready to bring tons of fun into your life!

Ideal Home

A home where someone is around more often than not to guide her, engage her, and help channel her big personality. A family ready to embrace her bold, adventurous spirit and keep up with all the fun she brings.

Ongoing Health

Blair and her siblings had a skin condition that caused some hair loss, but they have fully recovered. Their coats are in the healing phase and should grow back beautifully.

Training & Support

Billie is very smart and comes when called and sits on command. She is about 80% potty trained and lets her foster know when she needs to go. She is comfortable in a crate for short periods and sleeps through the night. She is also doing well on leash. Continued structure, guidance, and consistency as she grows will be beneficial.
