Hi there! My name is Roxie, and I'm a lovely female dog looking for my forever home. I was rescued from a difficult situation where I didn't have enough to eat, and those times were pretty scary. Thankfully, I'm now safe and learning what it feels like to be truly loved. I enjoy playing with other dogs and walk nicely on a leash. Because of my past, I can be a little protective of my food, so I do best when I'm fed separately. I'm still working on building trust, but I promise to give my whole heart in return to a family who understands and is patient with me. I've been through so much, and now I'm ready to truly live and experience all the love, kindness, and affection I deserve!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a patient and understanding family who can continue to help me build confidence. I enjoy playing with other dogs and would likely do well in a home with canine companions.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed and vaccinated. Due to my past, I may need continued reassurance and separate feeding to ensure I feel secure.

Training & Support

I walk nicely on a leash! I'm working on my food guarding, so separate feeding is recommended for now. With patience and kindness, I'm sure I'll continue to blossom.
