Eris is an approximately 4-year-old spayed female German Shorthaired Pointer who currently weighs 42 pounds. Found as a stray, she spent some time in a shelter before joining her foster family. Eris is steadily gaining weight and confidence, revealing her affectionate and fun-loving personality. She absolutely adores people and wants to be by your side, whether you're out in the yard, on a walk, or just relaxing. Eris has a zest for life and is always up for an adventure! She's an energetic girl who thrives on activity and engagement, and while she settles down after exercise, she's not a couch potato. She's learning basic household manners and responding to commands like "off," "down," and "no," and will need a family committed to continuing her training with patience and positive reinforcement.

Due to her sensitivity to loud noises, Eris prefers to be indoors with her people during fireworks or other loud events.
