Jameson

Jameson, a charming 5-year-old Pug mix, is ready to find his forever home! He was found abandoned in a dog park around Halloween and has since been receiving some much-needed medical care. Jameson loves to play with toys and is a social butterfly, getting along wonderfully with his foster dog siblings, including other Pugs and a 40lb doodle. He also adores his 10-year-old human foster brother. While he was a bit shy around men at first, a tasty treat quickly won him over, and he's now a loving companion. He's a pro at fetching but still working on the "returning" part of the game!

Ideal Home

Jameson would do well in a home where he can continue to build confidence. He has shown he can be a bit fearful of new people, but warms up with kindness and treats.

Ongoing Health

Jameson is currently heartworm positive, underweight, and his coat is a bit rough. He is undergoing treatment and will be neutered soon. He will need continued care and a healthy diet to get him back to his best self.

Training & Support

Jameson is not yet house-trained and is still working on his recall skills during playtime. He will require patience and consistent positive reinforcement as he settles into his new life.
