Chia

Meet Chia! This two-year-old, 8-pound Chihuahua is bursting with energy and personality. She's a playful girl who loves her toys and bones, and often seems younger than her age. Chia can be a bit barky when she first meets new people or dogs, but she warms up quickly, becoming a loving friend within minutes. She gets along well with other dogs of all sizes and is even fine with cats. Chia is food motivated, which should make training a breeze, and she sleeps soundly through the night. While she's still working on her house training, she walks nicely on a leash and enjoys car rides.

Ideal Home

Chia would thrive in an adult-only home where her energetic greetings won't be an issue. A home that understands her occasional jealousy and can provide consistent training will be perfect for her.

Ongoing Health

Chia is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Chia is food motivated and likely to train easily. She is still working on house training. She may not do well if left alone in a kennel, and we are unsure how she would fare if left completely alone, as she has only been kenneled when other dogs are present.
