Rocky is trained, smart, and deeply loyal. He takes a little time to warm up to new people, but the patience you invest pays off in a way few dogs can match. Once he bonds with you, he's affectionate, playful, and devoted in that classic Shepherd way that makes it hard to imagine life with any other breed.
