Waffles McGee (Duece)

Waffles McGee, a 1-year and 7-month-old male Staffordshire Mix, is a squishy-faced, big-hearted boy who has overcome a lot. Despite his past, Waffles still believes in people and greets everyone with a soft wag and a desire to be close. He walks nicely on leash and has a goofy, lovable personality with a bounce in his step and plenty of love to give. Waffles is healing both inside and out and is looking for a patient and loving home to help him continue to blossom.

Ideal Home

Waffles would thrive with a confident, patient owner who can provide structure, love, and time to decompress. He needs someone who understands strong, loyal breeds and is ready for a true companion. Older children are recommended due to his past experiences.

Ongoing Health

Waffles is neutered, vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, DA2PP), and microchipped. He is currently positive for heartworm, which is being addressed. Adopters will be guided through his treatment plan.

Training & Support

Waffles walks nicely on leash. He is likely house-trained and would likely do well with a crate with a consistent routine. He is selective with other dogs and requires proper introductions. His interactions with cats are unknown.
