Ludwig

Ludwig is a young, smart, and eager-to-learn dog who is currently finishing up a board and train program. He is deaf, but don't worry! We will teach you how to communicate with him using hand signals, structure, and routine. He is already thriving with this approach and is crate trained, calm with structure, and not reactive in training. Ludwig is food-motivated and loves to learn. His happy place involves walks and training, and he responds well to clear expectations. He does best with calm, consistent handling and a home that respects his need for clear communication. Ludwig is making great progress and is ready for someone who will continue his journey.

Ideal Home

Ludwig does best with calm, confident, and consistent handling. He would not do well in a home with young children. He is open to learning hand signals, and we will teach you how to communicate with him. He also thrives with a simple routine, and we will support you in establishing that. Ludwig doesn’t need perfection, just someone willing to listen in a different way.

Ludwig is crate trained, calm with structure, and not reactive in training. He is food-motivated and loves to learn, responding well to clear expectations. We will teach you the hand signals and communication methods that Ludwig is learning, and provide support for establishing a routine.
