Neptune is a stunningly athletic and incredibly loving dog with a wonderful balance of energy and cuddle bug potential. He's a smart boy who would likely excel at activities like frisbee! Neptune is also dog-friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs, showing a submissive nature towards them. He's looking for a home that can provide him with the structure and guidance he needs to thrive.

Ideal Home

Neptune would do best in an active and athletic home, ideally with another dog to keep him company. He needs an experienced owner who can provide alpha leadership and security as he matures and gains confidence. He is not recommended for homes with young children at this time.

Training & Support

Neptune has had some past reactivity issues, specifically with a young male in his first foster home. He responded well to an older, alpha male and was great with the female in the household. He initially exhibits a lot of energy that needs to be channeled appropriately. He responds well to consistent, positive, alpha-style leadership. An owner who can provide adequate tasks or exercise will be key to his success.
