Odie

Odie is a 3-year-old love bug who is as sweet as can be! While he still enjoys playtime, he has calmed down a bit now that he's a bit older. He gets along wonderfully with his current doggy friends but can be a bit timid around new dogs, requiring slow introductions. He is a true companion and would make a fantastic co-worker for anyone who works from home, as he's happy just to be near you, even if it's from a cozy corner. Odie loves to play with his buddies but is also content to relax with a good bone. He's crate-trained but may have an occasional accident if left alone for too long, so a home where someone is not gone for more than nine hours a day would be ideal. He enjoys running in the backyard but is always eager to come inside with his favorite person.

Ideal Home

Odie would love to be the only dog in the home, but he's also happy to share his space with another dog, even a small one. He adores children and would fit in well with a family. He would thrive in a home where someone is present for most of the day.

Ongoing Health

Odie experiences seasonal allergies, typically in the spring, which are managed with medication. He also has an overactive bladder, which is also helped by his current medication.

Training & Support

Odie is crate-trained but can have accidents if left alone for extended periods. He knows and follows simple commands.
