Iago

Iago is a spirited young pup, a delightful mix of Shepherd and Husky, who is ready to find his forever family. He's a medium-sized boy with a beautiful brown and sable coat and a boundless enthusiasm for life. Iago is eager to learn and explore, making him a wonderful companion for an active household.

Ideal Home

Iago would thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. While a fenced yard isn't strictly required, a secure means of outdoor containment is a must. Please note, invisible fencing is not considered a safe option.

Ongoing Health

All dogs at our rescue are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and current on all preventative medications for heartworm and fleas/ticks.

Training & Support

Iago is still learning the ropes and is not yet house-trained. Consistent positive reinforcement and patience will be key to his success.

• A vet reference is required.
• A home visit will be conducted.
• All adoptions come with a lifetime contract.
• The requested adoption donation for Iago is $400.

Transportation

Iago is currently located in Omaha, NE. Out-of-state adoptions are considered on a case-by-case basis, provided a home visit can be completed. Adopters will need to travel to Omaha to finalize the adoption. We do not offer transportation or shipping services for our animals.
