Mopsy is a happy, handsome puppy who was born into a loving foster home. His mom was found as a stray in a tough part of Houston, TX, but a kind person took her in, saving her and her litter. Mopsy is always ready to play and can be quite the goofball! He adores people and other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to any family.
