Eleanor is a sweet, expressive soul with a face that will melt your heart. At 4 years old, she has the perfect balance of playful energy and loving companionship. She is absolutely adored by her foster family and is blossoming more every day! This beautiful girl weighs about 50 pounds and walks wonderfully on a leash. She is fully house trained and settling comfortably into home life. After coming out of the shelter with some crate and separation anxiety, Eleanor has been gaining confidence week by week. While the crate still isn't her favorite place, she does wonderfully when left out and settles in nicely. Eleanor is food motivated, eager to learn, and loves to play and wrestle. She enjoys the company of other well-behaved dogs and would do great with a canine friend who matches her play style. She's looking for a loving family who will continue helping her build confidence and show her just how wonderful life can be. In return, Eleanor will reward you with love, personality, and loyal companionship.

Ongoing Health
All age-appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter, and microchipping are included. All rescue dogs are heartworm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heartworm and flea preventatives.
Training & Support
Eleanor has been gaining confidence week by week after experiencing some crate and separation anxiety. While the crate still isn't her favorite place, she does wonderfully when left out and settles in nicely. She is food motivated and eager to learn.

Transporation
Eleanor is located in the metro Atlanta area. Home checks are required, so out-of-state adoptions are not currently available.
