Pete aka Bobby

Pete, also known as Bobby, is a sweet, adult male Pit Bull Terrier who is currently at a boarding facility. He was adopted as a young puppy but sadly surrendered two years later. This has left him scared and confused, and he's patiently waiting for his family to return. Bobby is a resilient boy who is slowly beginning to trust again and open up to new people, despite his current challenging circumstances.

Ideal Home

Bobby would thrive in a calm, loving environment where he can decompress and rebuild his confidence. He has a soft spot for men and is friendly with women. He has done wonderfully with children as young as 9, and while we haven't seen him with younger children, he has shown no signs of aggression. With proper introductions, he also gets along well with larger breed dogs.

Bobby is neutered and vaccinated. No specific health conditions are mentioned.

Training & Support

Bobby is house-trained. He needs a foster home to help him transition and feel safe again. A patient and loving approach will help him remember what it feels like to be part of a family.
