Looking for an adventure buddy? Grasshopper is an energetic, smart, and handsome Australian Cattle Dog mix with a happy, playful personality. He would love an active home where he can stay busy and continue learning.

Ideal Home

Grasshopper would benefit from a family with Cattle Dog or other herding-breed experience, though this is not required. He has done okay with other dogs in the shelter, and a meet-and-greet is recommended for homes with other animals.

Training & Support

• Knows “sit,” “down,” “shake,” and “heel”
• Food- and toy-motivated, making training easier
• Would love to learn new skills and have a job to keep him busy
