Shelby (Houdini)

Shelby has the sweetest, most honest eyes! She's a 2-year-old, 50-pound Terrier mix who has been through a lot. Because of past abuse, she can be a fearful girl who struggles to trust new people and prefers slow, predictable movements. But once she bonds with you, she's incredibly affectionate and will stick to your side like glue! When Shelby feels comfortable, she's quite playful and loves her toys, hopping around, and chasing sticks. She's also house-trained, knows how to sit, and gets along well with other dogs.

Ideal Home

Shelby is looking for a gentle, understanding, and patient family. An adult-only home where she can feel secure and away from fast movements and loud noises would be ideal for her.

Shelby is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines.

Training & Support

Shelby is already house-trained and knows how to sit on command. She gets along well with other dogs. With a patient approach, Shelby will blossom into a confident and loving companion.
