Milton

Milton is a 4-year-old, 8-pound Chihuahua with a gentle heart and a quiet personality. He's more of a dog's dog than a people dog, and he truly blossoms when he has another friendly canine companion by his side. Whether he's doing zoomies around the yard or playfully wrestling with his dog friends, Milton is happiest in the company of other dogs. Milton is still learning that the world is a safe place. He can be shy with new people, but once he trusts you, he'll happily curl up beside you on the couch or burrow under blankets for a cozy nap. He's affectionate in his own way—he simply prefers to ask for attention when he's ready rather than having it forced on him.

Ideal Home

Milton would thrive in a calm, quieter home with a patient family and a confident resident dog. He needs a securely fenced yard or another safe, enclosed outdoor space where he can build confidence at his own pace.

Milton isn't comfortable walking on a leash yet, so patience and a safe space to build confidence are key. He thrives with other dogs and is wonderful with cats and respectful children.
