Mollie

Mollie is a gentle giant, weighing in at 65 pounds and about 4 years old. This sweet Lab mix is a calm, loving, and eager-to-please girl who ranks at the top of our "Quietest Foster" list. She does wonderfully in her crate, rarely making a peep, and is completely house-trained. Mollie walks beautifully on a leash, is responsive to redirection, and knows multiple commands like "sit," "stay," "down," "paw," and "heal." She's the perfect mix of playful and laid-back, enjoying gentle play with her toys and also loving to relax near her people. She's incredibly affectionate and loves to lean in for hugs and cuddles. Mollie is great with other dogs and has successfully lived and played with multiple dogs in her foster home. She's friendly with everyone she meets, but due to her size, we recommend children 12 and up.

Ideal Home

Mollie would love a home where she can be included in family activities. Be prepared to share your couch, as she enjoys settling in for TV time! She can be a bit particular about her potty spot and may take her time choosing where to go, so a little extra time for potty breaks at first will be appreciated.

Mollie is a healthy girl.

Training & Support

Mollie is eager to please and learns quickly. She has a few funny quirks: she doesn't quite understand how big she is and might peek onto tables, but she's not a persistent counter surfer and responds well to "no." Be ready for a big, happy face bath!
