Elena is a dream girl! She is likely a Black Mouth Cur mix with sugar, spice, and everything nice. She is extremely loyal and loves cuddles from her people. Elena likes to nose-butt your arm for attention and absolutely loves squeaky toys. She will also stare at you with her gorgeous, soft eyes, inviting you to scratch or kiss her.

Ideal Home

Elena would do best in an experienced dog home, or as an only dog. She can coexist with other dogs as long as she knows her owner is the boss.

Elena is house-trained and crate-trained. She knows how to sit and waits to eat her food until told "go ahead." She loves children and does well with even the littlest ones hugging her. While she generally gets along well with other animals, she can become territorial in a new environment with other dogs, so consistent leadership will be key.
