Introducing Oscar, the Silly Symphony of Tails and Tugs! This 1.5-year-old black lab mix, weighing in at a nimble 40 lbs, has the charm of a small shepherd and the heart of a giant. Oscar's personality is as big as his love for life, and he's sure to fill your home with joy and smiles. He warms up to new people with gentle patience, turning shy greetings into enthusiastic tail wags. Oscar is a quick learner, eager to please with his "please and thank you" attitude, and he thrives on routine, offering loyalty and happy dances in return. He approaches new experiences with explorer's bravery, especially with a little encouragement. Oscar is a natural with children who understand how to have fun! He enjoys the company of other dogs, greeting them with a friendly wag and assessing playmates with a keen eye. While he's the life of the doggy party, he's also content to be your devoted companion, ready to curl up at your feet after playtime. Oscar walks beautifully on the leash and responds well to guidance. His energy levels make him the perfect match for active individuals or families who can keep up with his zest for life – think of him as your personal furry trainer! He's crate trained, has excellent potty manners, and has no interest in escaping, preferring the comforts of home. Oscar is always polite and never mouthy.
Ideal Home
Oscar's ideal home is one that embraces his love for life and provides structured fun. He thrives with guidance and those who appreciate a spirited dog with a heart ready to bond. He'd be happy in an apartment as long as he gets plenty of walks, but a house with a yard for romps would be even better! We recommend homes with children 10 years and over to ensure the best fit for everyone.
