Meet Yeti, a spirited two-year-old mixed breed weighing about 70lbs, on the quest for a new home. Yeti's story is nothing short of extraordinary. She was surrendered as a vulnerable 7-day-old pup to the animal hospital. Faced with the challenge of being the sole survivor, she was taken in and bottle-fed. Yeti thrived under watchful eyes, growing into a lively companion. Her journey included a board and train session to refine her manners, a testament to her adaptability. However, her innate prey drive, especially towards farm birds, proved a persistent challenge. Despite efforts, Yeti's compatibility with feathered residents remained a hurdle. Determined to give her the best chance at a fulfilling life, the difficult decision was made to seek a new home for her, a place where her exuberance could flourish without posing a threat to birds. Yeti embodies resilience, having overcome the odds from her early days.
