About Sophie Sadie
Sophie and Sadie are two adorable Australian Shepherd mix sisters who were found outside a bar as tiny puppies. They're believed to be littermates and absolutely adore each other, but they are not bonded and can be adopted separately. If someone falls in love with just one of these girls, that's perfectly okay. At about 5 months old, Sophie is the fluffy little teddy bear of the duo at around 15 pounds, while Sadie is the sleek, short-haired little sister at around 12 pounds. Both are expected to grow into medium to possibly large dogs. These girls are confident, social, and absolutely convinced that everyone they meet is a potential new best friend. Their general outlook on life seems to be: "This looks fun. We'd like to participate immediately." Both girls are friendly, curious, and wonderfully adaptable. They greet new people right away, explore new environments confidently, and have the happy-go-lucky personalities that make puppyhood so much fun. They adore other dogs and love wrestling, chasing, and playing with their canine friends. They're submissive, easygoing, and get along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. They're even currently living peacefully with a cat. And despite still being babies, both girls are already showing how smart they are. They're mostly potty trained, settle easily in their crates, walk nicely on leash, and are eager to please. They respond beautifully to gentle guidance and seem to pick up new things quickly. They're healthy, low-maintenance, affectionate puppies who make ordinary days feel a lot more fun simply because they're in them. And whether you choose fluffy little Sophie or short-haired, happy-go-lucky Sadie, you're getting a social, loving, easygoing puppy who's ready to become somebody's very best friend. Every rescue pup is a work in progress and that's the beauty of it. None of them come wrapped in a bow, ready-made or mistake-free. They come with stories, quirks, and hearts that have seen a lot but still choose to trust again. Adoption isn't about perfection; it's about presence. Showing up for them, every day, until they know they're finally home. That's when you'll see them bloom - soft and steady - into the very best version of themselves. And somewhere along the way, you'll realize they were never the only one being rescued.
