About Bubba Bear With The Toothless Smile

Bubba Bear is a sweet, approximately 3-year-old, 60 lb dog, believed to be a Black Lab/Pittie mix, who will melt your heart with his gentle nature and adorable toothless smile. He's the calmest companion you could ask for, happy to follow you around and offer a peaceful presence in your home. Bubba is a "slow burn" when it comes to new environments, preferring to observe and take things at his own pace before warming up. Once comfortable, he's incredibly affectionate, politely asking for pets with a gentle head in your lap or a paw offered to you.

Ideal Home

Bubba would thrive in a calm, predictable home environment, ideally in a residential neighborhood with a fenced yard. He's more of a homebody and would likely not be happy in an apartment or a busy city. He enjoys the company of other calm, mellow dogs and has also done well with cats.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions are mentioned beyond his missing teeth.

Training & Support

Bubba is crate trained but prefers not to be crated alone and settles best when he can see his family or canine companions. He is also doing wonderfully with potty training and has learned to use a doggy door if needed. His foster has found him to be incredibly easygoing and low-maintenance.
