Meet Sadie!

Sadie is an almost three-year-old Siberian Husky and German Shepherd mix with expressive eyes and a whole lot of charm. She’s a spirited adventurer who loves walks, hikes, and especially fetch! Sadie forms deep bonds with her humans and greets her favorites with a wagging tail and a big grin. She’s smart, responsive, and eager to please, knowing basic commands like "sit" and walking like a pro on leash. Sadie has done wonderfully with children ages 3 to 9 in a former foster setting.

Ideal Home

Sadie needs to be the only pet in her home. She can be unsure around highly playful or reactive dogs and is still learning the art of dog play. While she’s not reactive on leash or through fences, her new pet parent will need to continue supporting her social development with patience and positive reinforcement.

Training & Support

Sadie is crate-trained, house-trained, and food motivated. She thrives on a structured routine. Rainy days might cause a slip in her potty routine, but she does beautifully with consistency and care. She may need a little patience when meeting new people, but tossing her a toy or offering a treat is the perfect way to win her over!
