Misty

Meet Misty! She's a sweet 2-year-old, 55-pound Great Pyrenees mix with a gentle soul and a coat as soft as clouds. Misty is a bit shy at first, but once she warms up to you, her affectionate nature shines through. She's a peaceful companion who gets along well with cats and other dogs, making her a great addition to many households. We believe she'd do best with children who are past their younger, more boisterous years.

Ideal Home

Misty would love a home with a fenced yard, which is essential for her safety and happiness. She'll thrive in a calm environment with a family who appreciates quiet companionship and can offer her patience and kindness as she settles in. A comfy spot on the sofa would be the cherry on top!

Ongoing Health

Misty has a mildly collapsing trachea. While this may sound concerning, it simply means she needs to use a chest harness for walks instead of a collar. With the correct harness, this condition is easily managed and she's otherwise healthy.

Training & Support

Misty is generally a well-behaved dog who coexists peacefully with other pets. She just needs a little time and understanding to feel secure in her new home.
