Cooper has already endured more than any dog should. He was surrendered by his owner with a severely prolapsed right eye. Thankfully, shelter staff acted quickly, rushing him to an emergency veterinarian, where his eye was removed. His surgery was a success, and he has healed perfectly.

Despite everything he's been through, this gentle boy greets people with sweetness and trust, even after being abandoned when he needed love and care the most.
