Meet Troy! This gorgeous 4.5-year-old shepherd mix is an intelligent, energetic, and loving boy who needs mental and physical stimulation to truly thrive. He came to us from a rural shelter after being passed around for far too long. Troy doesn't do well in a kennel environment, but he's a total sweetheart who walks well on a leash and is working hard on his household manners. He gets along with other dogs and has never met a stranger! This big, loving boy is a huge fan of the hose and loves to play in the water. Troy just needs a loving adopter to give him the life he truly deserves! We promised Troy that the rest of his life would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?

Troy is located in West Chester, PA and transport is available to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
