He came from a place where dogs are too often forgotten... a high-kill shelter in Texas. Filthy. One eye gone. Fur missing. And yet—he was gentle. No one knows exactly what Salvatore went through before he got there. But you can see it in the quiet way he leans into you... like he’s learning, for the first time, that kindness is real.

Today, he’s safe. Clean. Healing. His thick, teddy bear fur is slowly growing back, soft and warm—just like him. But the most incredible thing about Salvatore isn’t how far he’s come physically. It’s his heart. He loves to cuddle. Not just a little—he holds onto you, like it means everything. Like you mean everything.

Despite everything he’s lost, Salvatore never lost his ability to love. And somehow... he loves deeply, purely, and without hesitation. He may only have one eye, but he sees the world better than most of us ever will. With trust. With hope. With love. All he wants now... is someone to love him
