Meet Mick! This handsome senior gentleman is ready to spend his golden years in a calm, cozy home with people who appreciate a dog who knows what he likes. Mick enjoys life best when things are low-key and predictable, and he's looking for a family who will respect his space and let him move at his own pace. He's a distinguished 10-year-old, 81.4lb black and white Australian Cattle Dog mix with plenty of personality to share. Mick was brought to us by his previous owner on April 24, 2026, and he's hoping his next chapter is his best one yet.

Ideal Home

Mick is looking for a quiet home environment where he can truly relax. He'll do best with kids aged 12 and older and we are looking for a feline-free household, as he is not a good fit for homes where younger children visit frequently.

Ongoing Health

Mick can be sensitive about handling, especially during vet visits, grooming, and nail trims. He'll do best with patient adopters who can keep these interactions gentle, positive, and stress-free. A Fear Free vet and a little extra support for appointments may help this distinguished guy feel his best. Mick did have a toe removed, and our vet will go over more information if you decide to adopt! He has been neutered.
