Meet Troy! This gorgeous 4.5-year-old shepherd mix is an intelligent, energetic, and loving boy who needs mental and physical stimulation to truly thrive. He was passed around for far too long and returned to a rescue due to anxiety in a kennel environment. Troy is a total sweetheart who walks well on a leash and is working hard on his household manners. He gets along with other dogs and is a big fan of the hose, loving to play in the water! Troy just needs a loving adopter to give him the life he truly deserves.
