Living in the shelter has been too stressful for her, and she's at risk of losing her life due to overcrowding. Jovie is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly, loves belly rubs, and will crawl into your lap for cuddles. She knows how to sit and enjoys hugs. Jovie did well on her temperament test with a male Shepherd mix.
