Bella

Bella is a beautiful 4-year-old, 12-pound purebred Chihuahua with striking white and tan markings. She's a sweet, gentle soul overflowing with love to give. Bella enjoys interactive play with squeaky toys, savoring her favorite bones, and earning tasty treats. After playtime, she loves nothing more than to snuggle up in a soft, cozy bed. While she has an independent spirit, she absolutely thrives on affection and cherishing close moments with her trusted humans.

Ideal Home

Bella would truly thrive as the only dog in a calm, loving home where she can be the center of attention and feel completely safe. However, she could also share her home with other dogs who are similarly ambivalent towards other dogs in the household. A quieter home with adults or older children would be the best fit for her sensitive nature.

Ongoing Health

Bella is spayed, healthy, and up to date on all vaccinations. Veterinary records are available.

Training & Support

Bella is both potty trained to go outside and puppy pad trained, making her an easy companion. She can be shy and nervous around strangers, during vet visits, and on car rides. She needs someone who understands that building trust takes a little patience, and she relaxes and does wonderfully once she has time to settle into a new environment. Although Bella has never been crate trained, she has been boarded at the veterinary clinic without any issues, and the staff describe her as a very sweet and well-behaved girl.
