Chance is a stunning 3-year-old white American Staffordshire Terrier with a distinctive black eye patch and a heart of gold. He was found at a dog park, patiently waiting for a family that never returned. Thankfully, Peps Pals Rescue stepped in, and now Chance is looking for the one thing he deserves most: a family that will never leave him behind.
Chance is a soulful, affectionate, and loyal companion who thrives on human connection. Whether he's joining you for a car ride or charming the baristas at Starbucks for his favorite pup-cup, he's a total crowd-pleaser! He is both house- and crate-trained. Unlike many pups, Chance is a "sensible eater" and takes his time savoring his meals. He is great on a leash and loves being out and about. He's currently working on his "excited jumping" when meeting new people, but his eagerness to please makes him a fast learner. If there's water nearby, Chance is in! He loves to splash and play.
Ideal Home
Chance is a devoted partner who wants to be by your side for all of life's adventures. His perfect match would be an active family who can match his energy and keep his training going. Chance is still working on his introductions outside the house. While he's fine with most dogs, he does not do well with larger dogs who share his dominant personality. He is okay with cats, though he would do best with a confident cat.
