Meet Toasty Buttercup, our sweet little sausage with a heart of gold! She's a cuddly couch princess who loves everyone she meets, from kids to adults. Toasty has the gentlest soul and a calm, affectionate nature that makes her instantly lovable. She's not demanding, just happy to lean into you for some quiet affection. Her beautiful golden eyes and squishy build make her utterly irresistible.

Ideal Home

Toasty is looking for a home that offers family movie nights, slow morning walks, sunny afternoons on the porch, and car rides to nowhere in particular. She's content with a backyard, a condo, or an apartment, as long as she has her people and plenty of snuggles. She would do best with another calm, relaxed dog to lounge with, or would be perfectly happy as your one-and-only girl.

Ongoing Health

Toasty is a healthy, approximately 2-year-old, 62-pound pup. She has received all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Toasty is eager to please and loves treats, which makes training a joy! She already knows how to sit, walks well on a leash, is comfortable in her crate, and has excellent house manners. Her calm demeanor makes her a perfect companion for those who work from home.

Transporation

Toasty is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
