Prince Boy

Prince is a handsome boy, approximately 2 to 2.5 years old and weighing between 58-64 pounds. He's a real gem who was surrendered to a high-kill shelter through no fault of his own. He was heartworm positive and had an eye condition that needed attention, but thankfully, he received treatment for both and is now a healthy, happy dog! He's up-to-date on all his shots, crate-trained, and potty-trained. Prince enjoys car rides and walks, and he's eager to please, being treat and food motivated. He knows commands like "sit," "come," "heel," and "gentle." While he used to hump other dogs, neutering has resolved this, and he now enjoys playful interactions with dogs of all sizes.

Ideal Home

Prince would do best in a home with a fenced yard where he can play and explore. He would thrive with a family that includes him in their daily adventures, whether you're a couple, a single person, or a family with children. He is not suited for apartment living.

Ongoing Health

Prince has successfully completed his heartworm treatment and has had surgery for entropion to correct an eye issue. He is up-to-date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Prince is treat and food motivated, making him responsive to training. He knows basic commands such as sit, come, heel, and gentle. He is crate-trained and potty-trained.
