Onyx Baby is a 7-month-old, 33 lb pittie mix with a personality that is by far the sweetest! He's incredibly dog-friendly and has gotten along wonderfully with all dogs he's met, from dominant males and females to shy and shutdown pups, and even those who love to roughhouse. He's happy to match the energy of other dogs, playing when invited and enjoying relaxed hangout time. He followed his foster's dogs around like a little brother and would be happiest with a canine companion in his new home. Onyx also showed great respect towards the resident cat, Biggie, and we are happy to arrange a cat sleepover to ensure a smooth introduction if you have a feline friend.
Ideal Home
Onyx Baby would thrive in a home with a backyard for romping and playing, but he's also perfectly content being a couch potato for movie marathons. We haven't tested Onyx with children yet, but based on his sweet nature, we believe he would make a wonderful family dog. We are happy to conduct any tests needed to ensure a perfect match.
Ongoing Health
Onyx Baby is neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations.
Training & Support
Onyx Baby has wonderful house manners for the most part, but may have occasional accidents if left alone for long periods. He already knows basic commands like "sit" and is very gentle when taking treats, making him eager to please and a smart boy for future training endeavors. He is also crate trained.
