Sunflower

Sunflower was once labeled "too shut down" to save, but now she is truly in bloom. 🌻 She was on the euthanasia list at the shelter, overwhelmed and unable to show her true self. Fortunately, rescue stepped in just in time, and now in her quiet Pennsylvania foster home, her loving heart is finally shining through. Sunflower is a gentle, affectionate, and a little over 3-year-old young adult who cherishes quiet moments. She is doing beautifully with her resident foster dog buddy and would thrive in a peaceful, cat-free home. A fun fact about Sunflower is that she is absolutely obsessed with chasing her favorite tennis balls! She doesn't need a loud or chaotic life; she just needs a patient leader and a calm routine to continue blooming at her own pace.

Ongoing Health

Sunflower has received comprehensive veterinary care prior to adoption, including a full exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, spay or neuter, and heartworm testing.

Training & Support

Sunflower is house-trained. She would benefit from a patient leader and a calm routine to help her continue to grow.

Transporation

Sunflower is currently in a foster home in Hallstead, PA. Transport options are available within our operating region, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. We do not adopt animals to Canada.
