Panda the perfect doggy pal

Panda is a shy but sweet two-year-old, 50-pound Pittie mix who is as cool as a cucumber and loves to hang out with his favorite bone. He's a rescue dog who promises to reward his forever family with endless unconditional love and gratitude. Panda is named for his black and white coat and mellow nature, and he enjoys toys, chew bones, and daily walks. He thrives on routine and structure, making every day an exciting adventure. Ideal Home

Panda is looking for a home that is quiet and serene, preferably suburban or rural. He would do best in a home with another dog, especially a playful female, as he gains confidence from his canine companions. He previously lived well with children aged 5 and up, provided they are respectful and sweet. Panda is not recommended for a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Panda is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Panda is kennel and house-trained and walks well on a leash. He bonds with his people through walks and is also a seasoned professional in the car, settling well in the backseat. He is learning to be more comfortable with human affection and enjoys snuggling on the couch or in bed. Adopters will receive guidance from his behavior team and foster mom during his decompression period.

Transporation

Panda is currently in Texas and can be transported to various states across the US, including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Transport is facilitated by the rescue on USDA licensed vehicles, with a surcharge for fuel costs.
