Coffee Sweets, or "Cafecita" as we affectionately call her, is a true ray of sunshine! This gentle lovebug knows how to make herself at home, whether it's a graceful flop onto a dog bed or a cozy cuddle session on the couch. Once she's settled, her playful and silly side shines through, bringing joy to everyone around her. Cafecita greets every stranger like a new friend and is the perfect companion for any time of day, from busy work-from-home sessions to lazy Sunday afternoons. She recently charmed a 3-year-old and proved to be a total sweetheart, showing her gentle nature and ability to self-regulate her play and rest. We suspect she's a Lab mix with perhaps another surprise breed adding to her unique brindle coloring. At a sturdy and huggable 59 lbs, she's a big dog with an even bigger heart, who still believes she's a lap dog!
Ideal Home
Cafecita is incredibly adaptable and would thrive in almost any setting, from an apartment to a house with a yard. She's a natural family dog who appreciates a home that understands her ability to switch from "play mode" to "cuddle mode" in an instant.
Ongoing Health
All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, and a heartworm test and treatment if needed. She is microchipped with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Cafecita is fully potty trained and crate trained, viewing her crate as a private den. She is a social butterfly with other dogs, initially a bit shy but quickly warms up to become a playful friend, especially enjoying a game of chase with smaller dogs. She was unsure when first meeting a cat, and would benefit from a supervised sleepover to ensure a harmonious introduction.

- The adoption fee is $1,000.00 (plus an $87 surcharge for transportation).

You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!
