Copper is a fun-loving, affectionate 4.5-year-old Doberman who weighs 80 pounds. He enjoys couch time, fetch, adventures, and spending time with his people. After some exercise, he is happy to relax by your side.

Copper is cautious with new people and benefits from patience, kindness, treats, and time to assess new situations. Once comfortable, he becomes loving and devoted. He enjoys chasing tennis balls, though returning and dropping them is still a work in progress.

Copper lives peacefully with two other dogs and does best with slow, thoughtful introductions. He enjoys walks, explores without pulling, and remains calm around other dogs with confident guidance.

Ideal Home

Copper is looking for a single-family home with a securely fenced yard. His adopters should have no cats or small animals. Large-breed and Doberman experience are strongly preferred.

Ongoing Health

Copper is neutered and receives current rabies, DAPPV, and Bordetella vaccinations. His adoption fee includes a microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test.

Training & Support

Copper is a pleasure to handle on walks and does not pull on leash. His family should continue helping him build confidence with new people and support slow introductions with other dogs.
