Corky

Corky is a neutered, male pittie who will be four years old in May. He was found abandoned with his litter in North East Texas in June of 2022. Corky was adopted with his sister to a newly married couple who found themselves in a difficult situation and unfortunately had to return him to foster care. Corky, named for his distinctively curly, corkscrew tail, is a fun-loving boy who was initially favored by his adoptive father. He has since blossomed into a true lovebug with his foster mom. He is smart and works well for treats, especially enjoying walks with his harness.

Ideal Home

Corky needs to be the only dog in the home as he is very animal reactive and does not play well with other animals. An ideal home would also have a fenced yard and no small children. Corky has never been aggressive towards any human.

Ongoing Health

Corky is up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Corky is a smart boy who will work for treats and loves harness walks. He may not be suited for dog parks with other dogs.
